Decompression Therapy
This device uses computer controlled traction to deliver a gentle stretching pull that allows unloading of tension in the spine and disc. Spinal Decompression is designed to correct the causes and not to just treat the symptoms. Results are effective for those who suffer from herniated or bulging discs, degenerative joints, sciatica and facet syndrome. Previous research of spinal decompression found that the treatment provided relief in over 85% of patients with ruptured intervertebral discs and 75% relief with patients facing facet arthroses.
Massage Therapy
Defined as several disciplines combined to facilitate healing through different forms of body work. Deep tissue is combined with trigger point therapy integrated with reflexology and cranial sacral for a whole 60 minutes. Specialty massages also offered include Hot Rock, Russian Sports Massage, Shiatsu, structural, and Shirodara. Other forms of healing offered here are crystal singing bowls and Reiki.
